Directions for ordering online
To place an order, simply find the product you would like either by using the department tabs or the search feature on top of every page. When you find the product you would like, simply check off the “add” box next to the size or type of the fragrance you would like and click “add to cart”. The next screen will allow you to update quantities or remove an item from your cart. To continue either repeat the above steps to find another product, or click “proceed to checkout”. If you have an account, enter the login information to checkout, otherwise complete your shipping and billing information, then payment information and click “Place Order” to complete your order. We recommend printing your confirmation page for your records. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy our service.

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify Postal Service and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
